Terms & Conditions
- All trial classes must be paid for in full before attending.
- Ballet and Tap Combination classes (Preschool, Pre-Primary and Primary) count as one class per week for fee and discount purposes. Discount codes do not apply when booking only one of these combination classes.
- Term fees may be paid in two instalments. The first instalment must be paid during the first half of the term, and the second instalment must be paid by the final day of the term.
- Families with students attending both the Junior School and Senior School will receive the appropriate multi-class discount across all classes. For example, a student attending 2 classes at June Rendell and 3 classes at Altrincham Dance Academy qualifies for the 25% multi-class discount.
- The correct discount code must be applied at checkout before payment. If you forget to apply your discount code, you may deduct the appropriate discount from your invoice and pay by bank transfer instead. Refunds will not be issued where a discount code was not applied before payment.
- Missed classes or sessions are non-refundable.
- If you are unable to make payment by the due date or have any queries regarding your account balance, please contact us by email as soon as possible.
- Discount codes are issued for their intended purpose only and must not be misused. Any misuse may result in the discount being withdrawn.
- A £10 late payment fee will be applied if term fees are not paid by the final day of the term. If full payment has not been received by this date, all discounts will be removed and the full standard term fee will become payable.
