By completing this registration, you confirm that you understand and agree to the following:

• We collect personal information about you and/or your child to manage class bookings, communicate with you, administer examinations and performances, respond to emergencies, and fulfil our legal obligations.
• The information you provide will be stored securely and will only be accessed by authorised members of staff who require it to carry out their duties.
• We will only share your information with trusted third parties where necessary, such as examination boards, licensing bodies, performance venues, emergency services, or our booking and payment providers, and only where there is a legitimate reason to do so.
• We will never sell your personal information or share it for marketing purposes without your consent.
• You are responsible for ensuring that your contact details, emergency contacts and medical information remain accurate and up to date via your ClassForKids account.
• Photographs and videos are managed separately under our Photo & Video Consent and will not be used for promotional purposes without your permission.
• You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request corrections where necessary, or ask questions about how your data is processed in accordance with UK data protection legislation.
